What You’ll Do
The Senior Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for supporting the execution and optimization of comprehensive digital marketing strategies across multiple platforms for clients, delivering high-performing campaigns, analyzing data to optimize results, and staying abreast of industry trends to ensure clients achieve their marketing goals, while collaborating closely with account managers and creative teams to deliver impactful client solutions.

Responsibilities
-Strategic Planning & Campaign Execution
- Support development and implementation of data-driven digital marketing strategies aligned with client objectives, including paid media (PPC, social advertising, media buying, sponsorships) search and discovery (SEO, AI optimization), web analytics and conversion (behavior analysis, customer journeys, conversion rate optimization) and email marketing support as needed.
- Assist with cross-channel strategic planning and leveraging of platform and technology integration.
- Collaborate with account teams to understand client needs and translate them into actionable digital marketing plans.
- Continually assess new channels, tools, and approaches to strengthen our clients’ digital footprint.
- Manage campaign budgets, allocate resources effectively, and track performance against key metrics.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns in real-time based on data insights, ensuring maximum ROI.
--Data Analysis and Reporting
- Analyze campaign and web performance data using tools like Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Hotjar, Semrush and social media analytics platforms.
- Identify trends and patterns to inform future marketing strategies.
--Client Management
- Support strong client relationships by proactively communicating campaign progress, addressing concerns, and presenting results clearly.
- Participate in client meetings to discuss strategy, campaign updates, and performance metrics.
--Industry Expertise
- Stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends, technologies, and best practices.
- Proactively identify new opportunities to leverage emerging digital marketing tools and platforms.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Digital Marketing or related field
- 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing
- A minimum of four years’ experience developing, managing and implementing paid digital marketing and paid social campaigns
- Agency experience highly preferred
- Up-to-date and highly knowledgeable of digital marketing channels, technologies, and tactics, both at a strategic level and in implementation
- Experience interpreting analytics reports and producing actionable insights
- Proven results in effective campaign management and implementation leading to achieving set target objectives
- In-depth experience using various digital marketing platforms and tools (Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Hotjar, Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Pinterest Ads Manager, CMS integration)
- Experience with email marketing and automation platforms including Marketo, Eloqua and HubSpot preferred
- Knowledge of data protection regulations and ensuring data compliance (GDPR, CASL, CCPA, etc.)
- B2B marketing experience preferred
- Understand and apply user interface/experience best practices
- Experience and demonstrated ability blending analytical and creative thinking
- Excellent attention to detail with strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Some familiarity with basic HTML a plus
- Highly knowledgeable of SEO principles

- Track attendance, credits and program reporting, and maintain the CRM database of contacts and leads
- Serve as a knowledgeable first point of contact for consumer questions via phone, click-to-chat and email for our manufacturing client
